Customer Data Enhancement
Insight into consumer behavior is often enhanced by a clear understanding of who your customers are - their demographics, lifestyle and buying behavior.
Directive Corporation provides enhanced customer insight through two methods:
- Address Capture. For retail applications where customer name and address is not captured, our Address Capture system completes the picture. Address Capture matches customer name and ZIP code information that was captured at the point of sale against data from a nationally compiled consumer database to return full address records. This process can quickly and efficient create a targeted list of your best customers.
- Overlays. Customer name and address information can be overlaid against compiled databases to provide a wealth of insight. This includes traditional demographic information (age, income, marital status, home ownership, etc.) as well as more specific consumer behaviors, such as catalog shopping profiles and lifestyle information. Data overlays provide a means for profiling and segmenting messages to distinct consumer groups.
