Jack Wolf
For years Jack was best known as the President/CEO of Targetbase, a leading CRM advertising agency and analytical firm located in Irving, Texas. Jack lead a team of more than 200 professionals in developing long-term business relationships with blue-chip Fortune 100 companies:

Jack is a 1975 graduate of Texas Tech University, and started his career with M/A/R/C research in Dallas, Texas. Jack's specialty is in helping clients develop long-term strategies for consistent growth.
Frederick Barber
Prior to joining Directive, Fred served as the Executive Vice President of Conclusive Strategies in Austin, Texas. He was responsible for formulating database marketing programs for such major clients as The Home Depot, Kraft Foods, Bally Total Fitness, Nationwide Insurance and Chevy Chase Bank.
Prior to his work with Conclusive, Fred served as an international strategy consultant with SMC / Monitor Company, based in Johannesburg, South Africa, and helped to establish a leading geo-demographic services firm in that country.
Fred's strengths lie in the analytical approaches to consumer behavior and data management. He has been a regular featured speaker at the National Center for Database Marketing and other industry events. Fred holds a B.A from Cornell and an M.A. from Georgetown University.
